To fulfill growing requirements for quality and reliability within rugged environment in 1994 Elektra set up an advanced technology. From this time on the whole production process was realized as a Hybrid-Technology on ceramic. This technology offers many advantages e.g. power dissipation of over 200 mW/mm and a high packaging and performance density. Development, production and test field are all united under one roof - from the layout to the metal housing. On optimum of thermal conductivity is given by the carrier material and the close contact between the aluminium oxide ceramic and the resistance paste.

Active laser balancing enables a trimming of all electrically measurable parameters. Quality assurance is supported by a PC and setup in line. All modules are subject to a burn-in test or tested according to customer specifications. The parameter test is documented on a report and made available to the customer if requested. Elektra srl is certified according to EN ISO9001.
